*I use silver-plated and copper wire to create the "FROM THE HEART" range. I add Swarovski crystals, freshwater pearls, glass beads and wooden beads as well as feathers, shells and leather ribbons to each piece in line with the theme of the piece (e.g. "Sea of Love" contains shells in addition to the silver-plated wire hearts and Swarovski crystals).
All pieces can be customised in terms of colour and materials used. Please contact me, if you'd like one of the pieces in a different style.

I only use materials that comply with the EU regulations. Still some people might find that they're unable to wear my jewellery (e.g. due to an allergic reaction). Please note that I don't take responsibility for any allergies or illnesses directly or indirectily resulting from wearing my jewellery. If you think you might be allergic to any of the materials used, please advise me and I will do my best to provide you with an alternative.
If you've already purchased a piece of jewellery and are unable to wear it for any reason, you have the right to return it within 14 days starting the day after you've received your jewellery and I'll refund you in full. In order to receive a refund the jewellery has to reach me first (in the same condition it was in when I sent it to you). You will need to pay the cost for sending back the jewellery (please see "Shop Online" for more info on buying or returning jewellery).
The wire used to create these pieces may tarnish over time.
Please be advised that all my pieces of jewellery contain small parts. Please keep them out of reach of children and pets in order to avoid for the parts to be accidentally swallowed.
